The SCA seeks submissions of symposia, forums, workshops, and contributed papers or posters for the 2018 Annual Meeting. Guidelines for submissions can be found in the Meetings section of the SCA Website at https://scahome.org/sca-annual-meeting/sca-annual-meeting-submission-guidelines/. The submission system is open; the deadline for submissions is Friday, November 17, 2017.
Organizers of symposia should note that a 15-minute time slot will be allotted for each paper, with a minimum of four and maximum of sixteen presenters in each symposium. Forums and workshops allow for more flexible formats but should fit comfortably within blocks of time commensurate with symposia. Professionals and students are limited to contributing to two (2) submissions as primary presenter/author; the number of submissions as a secondary author (not presenting) is not restricted.
As a reminder, professionals and students contributing to the program must be SCA members in good standing. Membership for 2018 will be verified in January prior to inclusion of any participant in the program.
