Description:

Under the general direction of a Senior Environmental Planner, the incumbent plans, develops, and performs a variety of complex archeology related environmental studies to assess the effect of transportation projects on Historic Properties and Historical Resources. Responsibilities may include leading a team in support of these activities.  This position is in a Regional setting; the Incumbent may be assigned projects located in any of the Central Region districts. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. A valid driver’s license is desired. The incumbent must establish and maintain a professional working relationship with various local partners and interested parties involved with District 10 projects.
