GS-13 Program Manager (Tribal Liaison)

The position will collaborate with district staff and leadership to build out the local tribal liaison program (and this new position!) to define a new scope of work, conduct in-depth mission analysis, and develop specific Tribal outreach and consultation strategies, primarily for the Civil Works program. They will work closely with senior leadership to improve existing, and implement new, internal business practices to enhance tribal outreach. They will also represent the district by building and strengthening relationships with Tribes, and maintaining an environment conducive to open communication. They will serve as the District lead for customer outreach reporting and Tribal initiatives at the District and HQ level, and participate at national, regional, and local conferences and meetings to remain current with and to promulgate the Command-level outreach goals and objectives.
