The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians is a sovereign nation that provides governmental services to its members and works with federal and state agencies and local governments. Under the direction of the THPO Operations Manager, this position will supervise the ACBCI Cultural Resources Coordinator(s) and Cultural Monitor staff to ensure the effective monitoring of development/construction projects that are subject to cultural monitoring on the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation and within the Agua Caliente traditional use area.  This position will also prepare, manage and keep current monitoring agreement documents.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or closely related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience including 1-2 years supervising employees, or combination of related education and experience.
